This program is for curlers between the ages of 9 – 11 years of age.
Beginners welcome – no experience necessary. The U12 Program will teach the basics of flat foot/no lift delivery, sweeping, rules, drills and games with an emphasis on fun and participation.
Brooms, grippers and sliders will be provided. Athletes are required to bring clean indoor shoes and wearing apporpriate clothing.
Parent volunteers (of any curling skill level) are an essential part of our junior programs.
Helmet Implementation:
- Helmets will not be supplied.
- Helmets are optional based on the parents discretion.
