| Meeting Room Rentals (Room 214) |
The SPCC welcomes you to utilize the room for your meetings, seminars or group / team game reviews or socials. Roomo 214 is located on the 2nd floor of the Glen Allan Recreation Complex. Email for more information.
Coaches - this is available to use before or after games / practices when at GARC. Please check it out the next time you are at GARC! |
The meeting room features:
- Smart board
- Seats up to 30
- Access to live TV channel games (fun place to gather for National and Professional sport games- Go Oilers GO!)
- Technical and game review board (Heather Nedohin uses it for technical review from her Coaching Eye app to assist her athletes)
- Menu and beverage service through our food service providers available
- Comfortable waiting room for parents :)

| Lounge Rentals |
Host your next gathering in our spacious Lounge, perfect for corporate meetings, celebrations, team functions, fundraisers, workshops, and community events. Accommodating up to 90 guests, the Lounge features TV displays, microphone and music capabilities, as well as tables and chairs to suit a variety of room layouts.
The Lounge offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with convenient access to food and beverage services, making it an excellent choice for both professional and social occasions.

For larger events, the Lounge and Viewing Gallery can be rented together to accommodate up to 200 guests. Combining both spaces creates a versatile venue ideal for banquets, conferences, holiday parties, fundraisers, weddings, celebrations, and large community gatherings.
The combined rental allows guests to move seamlessly between spaces while enjoying all available amenities, creating an exceptional event experience for groups of any size.
Food and beverage services are available through our exclusive catering partner. All food and beverages served within the facility must be supplied through our lounge provider, with the exception of specialty cakes. Catering and bar service arrangements can be coordinated to help make your event effortless and enjoyable.

Overlooking the curling arena, our Viewing Gallery provides a unique and memorable setting for meetings, social events, celebrations, presentations, and spectator experiences. With seating and event space for up to 90 guests, the Gallery includes TV displays, microphone and music capabilities, along with tables and chairs to fit your event needs.
