We need teams for the Tri‑County Fun‑Spiel!

This two‑day event (Feb 14 & 15) is your chance to sharpen your skills while curling at all three County clubs — Sherwood Park, Strathcona County, and Ardrossan.

You will play three games, one at each club, making it a perfect mix of fun, variety, and friendly competition.

Teams are needed, so gather your crew and get signed up. Cost: $210 per team

SPCC Members,

We’re happy to share that following the recent plant failure over the weekend, our facility is fully operational and curling activities are resuming as normal.

All SPCC league schedules are back on track with two small exceptions:

• Sunday Open League and Adult Learn to Curl will resume next Sunday, Feb 8th with a 4:00 PM start time.

• SPCC Flood will occur this coming weekend on Feb 7 & 8

Thank you for your patience and understanding as our team worked behind the scenes to get everything back up and running. We look forward to seeing you back on the ice.

Junior Fun Day- Spiel

Calling all future Olympians! Suit up, stretch out, and get ready to slide into glory at our annual JRs Fun Day Spiel, presented by Allstate. From 9am to 4pm, we’re transforming the rink into our very own Junior Winter Olympic Games — complete with team spirit, and plenty of laughs. No pressure, no podiums, just pure Olympic‑style fun. Lunch is included to keep our athletes powered up.

Registration is $45 per participant. Sign up your youth in U12 or U15/U18, let us know their dream teammates, or let us draft some all‑star lineups for a day of curling adventure.

A massive mural has been installed inside the Sherwood Park Curling Club (SPCC) located within the Glen Allan Recreation Complex. The mural, designed and painted by local Sherwood Park artist Josh Harnack, is a stunning focal point for the SPCC and a beautiful addition to the public art collection for Strathcona County.
