2025 Curl for Dad in partnership with Ride for Dad

Nov 1st @ the Sherwood Park Curling Club
Were you there? If not, you missed an incredible event in support of a fantastic cause! Curlers of all ages and experience levels joined in the fun, highlighted by special appearances from the legendary Ferbey 4 and the Canadian Junior Champions.
From mulligans to “slide a puck,” the games kept everyone smiling — and the glow stick curling lit up the night with unforgettable energy!
After the curling fun, our lounge staff served up a delicious supper, setting the stage for an evening of amazing entertainment by the Black & Blues Band — who lifted spirits after that tough Blue Jays loss and had the crowd cheering all over again!
A special thanks to the team from Ride for Dad!

Help us make a difference.
Think of the men you know. Can you think of seven who have made an impact on your life? Tha list might include your father, brother, uncle or close friends.
One in seven men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer. Now think again about the importance of those seven men in your life. What would you do if one of them couldn't be there for you?
Prostate cance is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Canadian men. It generally affects men over 40. Successful treatment depends on early detection. In the longer term, research into improved diagnosis, treatment and prevention will futher improve our capacity to deal with this disease. If you're a man over 40, give yourself a fighting chance, talk to your docto about getting checked. A simple blood test (PSA test) could be all you need!
Please join our fight against prostate cancer. It will make a difference.
