What are the different levels of membership in the SPCC?
Member - The curler is on a SPCC league roster and plays in league games and playoffs in any position. Member team league fees are paid in full as of August 15, 2024.
A member gets the following member benefits -
Access to the member login section of the SPCC website which includes
- League details - teams, game, times, and standings
- Access to spare list
- Access to the Free agent listing
- Access to ice bookings - manage your own practice ice times
- Membership rates on events, programs and activities
- Voting at the AGM
- Updates to all SPCC communications
Associate member - The curler is member of the SPCC but is not on an SPCC roster.
Associate member fee is $200 for the season (Sept - April).

IF this associate member gets placed or creates a SPCC team by Sept 1, the $200 will be used towards the league fees and the associate member is then a member..
If the associate member does not get placed on a SPCC team by Sept 1, the member can continue as an Associate member for the remaining of the season with the $200 fee OR remove themselves as an Associate member from the SPCC ($50 operations fee applies to all refunds).
Non member - The curler is non active curler of any SPCC league or program. A non member does not get access to the sparing registration or free agent listings. This curler needs to email or call the SPCC for ice bookings and pay the fees of rentals. A non member can “spare” for any SPCC team at any time however in playoffs, the non member is not able to skip the team.
