2025 Battle of the Beers and Bands
Saturday January 11th - SPCC Lounge and Viewing Area
Doors open at 4:30pm for full event tickets and 8pm for Band only.
Battle of the Beers and Bands is here! Last time Get Boozy with a Band was amazing, so we’re doing it again—but this time, we’re adding hockey into the mix.
The Game Plan:
- Before every period, learn about some of our breweries in our SPCC lineup:
Sleemans, Wild Rose Brewery, Analog Brewing Company, Alley Kat Brewing, and 70 Acre Brewing. - Sample their bussin’ brews throughout the night.
Raffles & 50/50:
- Sleemans is throwing in a Connor McDavid jersey.
- Swag packages from other breweries and Oilers tickets donated by a club member.

Bands on Deck:
After the game, bands hit the stage at 8 PM and bring the vibes 'til midnight.
Ticket Details:
- $25 for the full experience (includes a light meal).
- $15 for band-only (advance).
- $20 at the door for band-only (last chance!).
Expecting 120–150 people, so don’t sleep on registration.
Let’s make this a night to remember. If you’re in, you’re in. Period.

Club Information
The Sherwood Park Curling Club is an 8 sheet facility that is home to over 1000 active members and is run out of the Glen Allen Recreation Complex in Sherwood Park, AB. We are active members of the Edmonton and Area Curling Clubs.
The SPCC hosts 20 full leagues and programs weekly. Our leagues include ladies, men, mixed, juniors, open, seniors and adult beginners. We are wheel chair accessible and pride ourselves on educating and promoting the sport of curling in our community.
We embrace all levels of curling from beginners to competitive players. Come Rock with Us!
