Last year the Sherwood Park Curling Club celebrated 20 years as a club and 60 years of curling in Sherwood Park. Through the work of a few dedicated and hard working SPCC members, a young artist from Sherwood Park was chosen to paint a mural on the northeast wall with an amazing blast of colour and imagery that will be the next great thing to come out of our club and represents our culture, community and values.
This giant public art installation has the support of the SPCC Executive, Strathcona County, and others.
Thank you to all the donors who supported the crowd funding campaign and raised $15,000 through donations and Government of Alberta matching.
